Refund & Returns Policy

Ayane Studio

At Ayane Studio, we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please include your order number and full name.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at infoayanestudio@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Post the item back using a tracked delivery service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email within 5 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

If confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
